I hold a B.Sc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy as well as an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Supervision. I am a fully accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and have 13 years experience working in the area of Mental Health. My passion is working with individuals who want to maximise their potential, as well as helping people navigate through difficult periods of life. I offer a calm, safe, confidential environment where clients are invited to engage in the therapeutic process. My goal is to encourage and empower clients to take control of their own lives, at their own pace and when they feel safe to do so.
